Q: What happens if I can't attend at the published times?
A: No problem! We will send you a  free replay link as soon as your session ends. Please note: the replay link will expire on January 20th.

Q: How long is the webinar?
A: The webinar is approximately 80 minutes.

Q: Can I get a certificate of attendance for this webinar?
A: We do not offer certificates for our free webinars. Certificates for this webinar will be available for members of the Principles to Practices (P2P) program.  

Q: Can I watch this webinar after January 20?
A: A recording of this webinar will be available inside the P2P membership site. Members will be able to watch the recording as long as they maintain their paid subscription.

Q: What age group is this applicable for?
A: We will be discussing general principles that can be applied to any age group, but the majority of the examples used will be for the 3-6 year age range.

Q: Can I ask questions during the webinar?
A: No. However, P2P members will have the opportunity to submit follow up questions.

Q: Will you speak about severe/extreme behaviors or special needs?
A: No. However, we will discuss a number of strategies you can use to proactively prevent a wide range of common "misbehaviors". 

Q: Is this applicable to any educational setting?
A: We believe these are sound developmental principles and can be applied in all interactions with children.

Q: Is this appropriate for parents?
A: The principles in this webinar can certainly be applied by parents. However, most of the examples used will be for a classroom setting and will reflect the student-teacher dynamic. We will not be addressing parents' needs specifically.

Tammy has over 25 years of experience in Montessori. She spent 17 years in the classroom at the primary and elementary levels. She is the founder of Classroomechanics.com and now serves Montessorians globally, consulting with schools and educating new teachers.

Virginia has over 15 years of experience with Montessori at the 3-6 level. She is currently lead guide and head of school at the Montessori Farm School in Durham, North Carolina. Virginia has also served as a faculty member for an AMS teacher training program.
