Join us for this one-hour webinar with Jamie Watts to rediscover the classroom as a living organism. Drawing from Montessori philosophy and systems thinking, Jamie explores how deep, relational observation can transform both the environment and the adult. Jamie presents the case study of Robin, a seasoned lower elementary guide, to illustrate how tuning into patterns, feedback loops, and group dynamics can restore flow, balance, and purpose.
This is not about management or control; it’s about partnership. It’s about learning to listen to the rhythms of the group, notice the subtle shifts in energy, and realign with the intelligence of the environment. Through narrative observation, stories, and reflection, you’ll see how the classroom itself holds the key to collaboration and authentic engagement.
